Do you have day you just can't workout?

Oh for sure. We all have those days. We all get tired of working out and dieting, we just get used to it most of the time.

Should I cut out diet pop?

Yeah, cut out pop altogether. Even if it's diet, it still has stuff you don't want to ingest.

    Best workouts for obese people

I also rrecommend riding bikes. It may effect your knees a bit, but it's a solid workout and the impact isn't too bad in the knees. Swimming is a good option too.

    OMAD every third day?

You could certainly do that if you want. The omad diet doesn't always mean it's just one meal a day, it could be one meal a day every 3 days, or 2 and so on. I probably wouldn't go too many days with your fast though. I think skipping one day would be enough, and just eat every other day. I...

What happens to your body when you drink soda

Sugar isn't good for you, that's for sure. I stopped with sugary drinks years ago, and haven't looked back. It's nice though, when you stop drinking it, you get used to not drinking it fairly fast.

    I failed again

It's okay, we've all been there. I've been there a few times myself, it'll take time. I don't know what's happening, but I hope you can get through it. And if you ever need to talk, please don't hesitate to shoot me a PM and we can talk.

    Fitness people who inspire you

Who are the people who have inspired you to lose weight? I'm specifically referring to fitness instructors, like Tony Horton from P90x for example. He inspired me to get into working out again, plus he seems like a funny person, so that adds to the whole thing in my opinion. What are some...

    Ugh, my progress so far

Welcome aboard the omad train. You'll get used to things in no time. Just be patient and do the best you can. We all have issues in the beginning, you'll eventually get through that all. Good luck on your weight loss.

    Winter workouts

Where I live it's currently a winter wonderland lol. I was wondering though, does anyone here do winter workouts? I think shoveling is a solid workout and helps build some muscle. But what are some other workouts we can do during the winter? I figure skating is a good option. What do you guys...

How long have you been into fitness?

Oh, that is a good question. I've been into fitness for a few years now. I used to be very lazy, so when I started fitness, it was more closer to when I started other diets and then omad.

What do you do with your old clothes after losing weight?

I've sold some, kept some for sentimental reasons and then gave most of the rest away. A lot of my old clothes were outdated as well, so it wasn't too tough to get rid of most. I do donate most of my clothes though.

    Whey Protein good for you?

Yes it's fine to take. I think it works best for those doing workouts. Probably not good just on its own.

Should you do omad for life or do it temporarily?

I'm for life as my username says. I don't think I would ever stop doing omad. My life is better because of it, and it's the only diet that has ever worked for me.

Workout with music or tv on?

I like to workout with the tv on if it's a workout program or if I'm on a treadmill or some workout machine. Music if I'm just lifting weights or jogging.

Favorite food to eat on OMAD

What would you say is your favorite food to eat while on the omad diet? For me I like to have organic pizza. It's so good. All ingredients are healthy and low carb to no calories. I will try to post some of my favorite recipes soon. Anyway, share away.

How long have you been dieting and exercising?

My whole life essentially. I've tried a lot of diets and workouts, some worked for a while, some didn't work at all. Before OMAD I had tried a lot. Now I feel like I am in a good place, healthy and comfortable.

    Quick 15-30 minute workouts

A lot of people do micro or shorted workouts because their schedule can't accommodate anything longer. When I was in college and had a temp job, I had very little time for fitness. But I found that jogging to class from my dorm was a great way to get some kind of workout in. Essentially, you...

Losing weight, but belly won't go away

Yes, please see a doctor. I don't know what it could be, but it's better to be safe then sorry after all. If it's hard, it could be a tumor. But that's my only guess. I'm not a doctor. Good luck. Let us know how it goes.

How do you work out if you work a lot?

It took me quite a while to get into fitness with my current job. I work quite a bit and often times I didn't feel I had the time to workout because of it. Thankfully I got my diet, and work figured out, so I started to do workouts a bit before work and then right after I get home from work...

What other diets did you try before OMAD?

Before OMAD, i tried the keto, was a vegan for a year, and tried the Paleo diet as well. Some of them worked for a while, but omad was the diet that started it all for me. So I stuck with it.
