The more I have been reading about the benefits of fasting, the happier I am that I am doing this, just like you are.
My body has pretty much gotten used to the idea of having only one meal, too. I tried one 2-day fast (51 hours), and that went just about as smoothly as just doing the one day fasting goes.
I have been reading that a lot of people are doing longer fasts, like 2-3 days once a week, and then you are supposed to get even more of the health benefits.
What are the main things that you have noticed that have improved since you started IF ?
