    Today weight is 235 lb. started OMAD in Sept.15th 2019,(266 SW). Goal weight is 170 lbs. Have not been working out as much as before..but will get back to that. Just have to push my self in the winter months.

    morning after

    finished my 48 hr fast. After eating, I feel a bit light headed and weak..I also had diarrhea. I feel like I just want to lay down, no energy..

    How many calories should I be eating on Omad?

    Today I had a jumbo lump crab cake and broccoli, cauliflower, carrots in cheese sauce. A protein Milk shake 6oz and I was so full. The calories came to 407. Plus I worked out at the gym, Treadmill and weight lifting in a fasting state. Tomorrow I will try to get more calories in, but it's hard...
