keeping at it


Today weight is 235 lb. started OMAD in Sept.15th 2019,(266 SW). Goal weight is 170 lbs.
Have not been working out as much as before..but will get back to that. Just have to push my self in the winter months.
 
Congrats on the weight loss, and good luck to reaching your goal.

And it's totally fine if you're not working out as much. I've been there. As long as you are still doing omad, missing a couple workouts won't be bad. If you want, you can even do shorter workouts just to catch up.
 
Great job on the weight loss so far. You're doing a fantastic job. I hope you keep it up and continue dropping the pounds.
