Does Digestion Improve With OMAD?

Digestion is one thing that needs improvement. There are times when we do not give the body enough time to digest food.

With OMAD I have experienced an improvement with my digestion. The tasting glands have improved snd I csn really feel the sweetness of food.

Is it only me?
