Do you have day you just can't workout?

Do you have those days where you just can't workout? I mean those days where you're down, or you body can't take it etc. I have had those days myself. It's just a part of life, but it's annoying to have to deal with, because it ruins your goals and your regiment.

How do you get through that?
Oh for sure. We all have those days. We all get tired of working out and dieting, we just get used to it most of the time.
