Anyone knows what foods do athletes eat

One's own metabolism, nature of their sport, and workout frequency will impact their daily dietary intake. With that in mind, Michael Phelps the Olympic swimmer consumed 12,000 calories per day just to sustain his body weight.

    Lifting Weights during OMAD

I had the same thing happen to me. I was going to do 7 sets of 10 burpees, 10 pushups, 10 kettle bell squats, and 10 kettlebell swings and I had to do those with minimal rest as the protocol dictated. I hadn't eaten since the night before. I managed to get to the 3rd set but going on my 4th set...

What do you hate most in OMAD?

Compared to other diets/fads that have been out there and the ones I tried, OMAD is the one I least hate. But...the one thing I hate about it? Getting those discomfort feelings at the superficial parts of my head. It's not painful but to keep away from it I drink green tea/water/coffee to lessen it.

Cheat Days On The Omad Diet - Should You Do Them?

Personally I do allow myself have cheat days because I can always make up for it by fasting 23:1 two days in a row. Cheat days are days when I socialize with friends when we go out to eat and on weekends. Other than that, I am strict enough.

What beverages does everyone drink with their one meal a day?

Probably not a good idea but I drink soda with my OMAD. I am trying to lose weight and this isn't helping but...I am still working on drinking less per week. I do drink plenty of green tea during my fasting hours.

Where do you normally focus your workouts drill?

I focus on my belly and inner thighs mainly. I am happy with being lean and with a lower body fat %. Not trying to be a bodybuilder or marathon runner. Though both endeavors are inspiring. I would like to look like a basketball player (which is my main sport). I do High Intensity Resistance...
