    I like alot of water with mine. I have tried those slim fast shakes and they are gross! I have not found one that I like yet. My one meal is supper. Sometimes I will eat 3 small meals instead of one big meal.

    Does yoga help you lose weight?

    I’m curious is to the people that do yoga. Does it help you lose weight? I have done yoga for a month and all it has done is stretching me out more than anything. I do love yoga don’t get me wrong but I’ve been wanting to lose some of my baby weight that I still have.

    Sleeping less to lose weight

    I heard sleeping helps you lose weight. I believe it’s more about portion control and eating less. I’m just starting nutrisystem and so far I have lost 12 pounds! It’s a bit expensive but so far for me it’s worth it!
