    you may need to adjust your meds because you will end up eating less overall. I would monitor my blood sugar closely during the fast just to be safe. Just remember that hypoglycemia (due to too much meds on less food or no food) is much more of an emergent situation than hyperglycemia.

    If you're not getting hunger pains, then keep doing what you're doing. Trust me, if there's no nutrition there for your body to operate on (such as a little creamer), the body will revert back to fasting very quickly. The amount of calories you're consuming isn't even worth your body's time.

    I wouldn't gain weight to try to lose weight. Just calculate your basal metabolic rate and stay in calories deficit, try to eat clean meals when you eat and try adding in exercise.
