    I think it will but it will take a long time to see some changes. If you think about it there are more days in a week that you are in the norm than a diet. You can try gradually increase your OMAD schedule in a week until your body adapts.

    If your not used to eating Salmon, Sardine, Tuna and Shrimp as a meal, try to shift gradually so that your body can adjust to what you consume. If you are used to eating meat you may try a combination first before shifting to all fish meal.

    I think you should consider planning your menu during eating window. You should include food combination that allows you to have sufficient amount of energy to last through out the day.

    I think it's not gonna work in OMAD, one meal a day is basically the main point of the method. Also OMAD helps reduce your food intake in the long run allowing your body to adapt to the nutrients you eat in a meal a day basis.

    Yeah Green tea is good and lots of benefit with it. But if you want to have some alternative on the taste you can also try other natural teas like turmeric, ginger and barley teas.

    I think it's a good strategy to divert cravings and hunger. But i also think being busy alone can do so much its wise to have a couple of startegy in hand so that if one does not work anymore you can have an alternative.

    I do running everyday either on diet or not. My body is used to it and i think it's very effective in terms of keeping my self fit. I don't think that uses that much energy, i actually think it enhances your stamina.

    Omega 3 fatty acids is well known for helping in preventing heart diseases. Some also say's that it also helps in lowering the risk for depression, dementia, and arthritis. Its a fact that our body cannot produce our own OMEGA 3 fats that's why we have to consume it.

    Yeah refusing is really hard, the person offering might get offended or dismayed. I think it's fair that you have it even just a little bite, just to make sure that everyone is happy.

    Tofu rolls are great together with bean sprouts. Its good as meat with lots of benefits. I also love chicken soup with tofu, very healthy and a great booster.

    You might want to try banana and lots of water. I had the same issue before and it worked for me. I really don't know any scientific explanation about this method but this one was shared by a friend of mine who had OMAD.

    I think it depends on the sport their in. There are some athletes that needs more protein than any other nutrients while other's like boxing needs a balance diet to have both stamina and weight.
