    I would have to agree with you that OMAD is all about the time you eat. It's the reason why it's effective plus if your eating and drinking the recommended food and beverages then it would help dieters lose more weight.

    I tried water fasting a few years back and I only lasted 2 days. It's really hard for me to fast with only water to drink. I would recommend doing Fresh Coconut Juice fasting. Drinking fresh coconut juice straight out of the nut is very effective in cleansing the body it also promotes weight loss.

    Whenever I fast I don't drink Vitamin and Mineral Supplements because drinking it while fasting gives me an upset stomach. That's why I refrain from drinking any multivitamin and mineral supplements during a fast. I would just resume drinking it after the fast and doing this works for me.
