Is it ok to ask how much you guys are losing weekly? I know the initial week of loss is largely water and it varies depending on how much you have to lose. I just wanted to to see how everyone is doing.
So happy I found this forum. I'm starting today and am looking to lose 60 pounds. Anyone from California? Lots of great info it seems here! I can't wait to get caught up.
