    I’m now really determined

    Good job on cutting out or down on the sugar. It's tough to do, especially if you're used to having sugar in your diet. It took me a while to cut out sugar myself, but once I did, I got used to the changes and I feel so much better these days. Yes, please keep us updated. :)

    Would you ever do the biggest loser to lose weight?

    I think I would give it a try, but it would need to be safer overall. I saw a commercial for it, and it shows people jumping up and down, and they're pretty big, so that is not good for your knees. Someone could be injured that way.

    Fitbit & other heart rate monitors

    I have a fitbit watch that I love. I want to upgrade to something like an apple watch though, as I hear those too have heart rate monitors and other cool fitness goodies. But I can't agree to the prices for those watches. Way too much for me.

    Supplements for anxiety, but safe for OMAD?

    Fish oil is a good option I hear, as well, I hear chamomile and lavender can help too. I'd look into those if you haven't yet. I'm sure some supplements include both.

    Working out while injured

    It's perfectly fine to take a break when you're injured. Fitness and all that can wait until you are ready to truly get back to it. You also don't want to risk further injuring yourself either. You're better off healing up, and then starting again once you're back to your usual self.
