I heard most people on normal diets weigh themselves in the morning when they’re on an empty stomach however since I eat my one meal at night I was wondering if weighing in the morning is the most accurate. Throughout the day while drinking a gallon of water my weight goes down and I evaluate the accuracy of my scale every time by placing a 15lb and 20lb dumbbell on it. So is weighing myself after rest the most accurate since it’s not when my stomach is empty?
