New here and started OMAD 15 days ago. Initial Question!

I just started OMAD 15 days ago for health reasons. I would like to lose about 15 lbs also. I am mostly Vegan (whole foods / plant based) but not 100%. I do include small amounts of animal foods in my diet. I do avoid refined carbs and simple sugars. I drink mostly tap water. Prior to starting the OMAD diet, I was having one bowel movement daily. Since I started OMAD, my bowel movements are now about every 2-3 days. Is this normal? I am eating much less food also when I have my one meal than I was eating prior to starting OMAD so I imagine with less food going in, there should be less digested stuff (waste) coming out. Should I be concerned about the change in frequency or is this just a normal adjustment that my body is doing since I started eating this way? TIA for any and all replies.
