Hi Everyone!
I've started this thread to hold myself accountable to finally loose weight and reach my goal. I've tried OMAD in the past but never really stuck it through and always gave up after a week or two. I'd like to use this community for accountability, support and encouragement to take on the fasting lifestyle. I'd like to solely use Omad as my weight loss tool and adapt a fasting lifestyle mainly of 16:8 or omad for maintenance and lifestyle.
I'm a 31 year old mom of an 18 month old, height 5.5 1/2 and I currently weight 159 lbs. My goal is to be between 125 lbs to 120 lbs. I'll post daily but weigh in once a week every Friday till I reach my goal. Any and all advice, positive feedback and encouragement is welcome!
