Lean meats, or any meat on omad?


I am going to start eating more meat while on omad, but want to know if I should go for only the lean meats, or would eating just about any meat be fine? I know I need more meat in my diet, and want to add a little during my daily meal, but I want to make sure it's healthy meat that I eat and not something full of fat.
 
I'd stick with lean meats like chicken and turkey, white meat essentially. If you're interested in eating the not so lean meat, just make sure you cut off as much fat as you can. The less of it, the better. The skin as well for any meat you eat. There's also a lot of fish out there that you may want to eat as well.
