Different styles of omad?


I was wondering about this recently, but are there other styles of omad? What I am doing now on omad, is one meal a day, within an hour period. I was wondering this though, could we extend that hour into maybe two hours or three hours? Maybe make it a window of how long you can eat during the day, and then you cannot eat before or after.

What do you guys think?
 
I'm sure there are other ways you could do omad. I only do it during the one hour period, but I suppose no one's stopping you from increasing it. Just bear in mind, that the more food you eat, the more likely you're going to have issues. At least that's what I think.
