This is one of my favorite healthy dish I love to cook.
Ingredients:
Cooking oil
1/2pc onion(chopped)
2 cloves garlic
1 cup coconut milk
Squash(cut into cubes)
String beans(cut into 3” length)
Salt to taste
Saute garlic and onions on cooking oil until slightly browned
Put squash and string beans
Toss it for a few seconds and let simmer for 2-3 minutes
Add coconut milk
Let simmer until all veggies are cooked through
Put a pinch of salt according to your taste
