    No I don't have time to work. I commute 1 hr everyday to work and get home late cause of the kids baseball. But I know if I worked out I'd lose more weight and my body will be tighter but as soon as I get the time I will start working out.

    I usually choose 1 hr between 5pm and 9pm when ever I get a chance to eat after work and after my kids baseball I try to eat at the same hour every day

    I eat pretty much anything until I am satisfied. I drink a lot of water about a gallon a day. 16-24 oz of black coffee in the morning
