    Dark Chocolates

I love dark chocolates but not aware of this benefit. Time to encourage my parents to buy more. This is good for them as well for avoiding hypertension.

    Operation OMAD

I can't cut down all at once to one meal a day my eating habit. I'll do it progressively and trim eating times until I can do it one meal per day. Also, my daily activities need a lot of energy.

    Will you recommend OMAD?

I am the first to try this and planning to continue to see results and if it does work for me with no negative effects to the health, I'd definitely recommend this for the whole family :)

    No rice

Also from Philippines here. And that is so true, with one used to eating rice every meal makes diet more difficult for us. Our body is used to it too. But the best substitute I tried were potatoes.

    What is your Sleeping Habit?

I try to sleep before 10:00 pm as they said it was the healthiest hour to sleep and wake up at 6:00 am providing 8 hours of sleep. But poor me my body clock let's me sleep at 12:00 pm and wake up at 5 or 6. Not really a difference but I've been aiming an 8-hour sleep lately.

    Omad for first time

Thank you for the recommendation. I'd gladly try that. Hoping I can gather all my will power to be consistent.

    Omad for first time

My usual routine before OMAD is a light breakfast, a heavy lunch, and a biscuit or a fruit at night. I wonder what changes can I do to gain progress and lose weight faster than usual. Having anxiety here from having big arms. hihi

    Operation OMAD

I'm a newbie and struggling with my weight gain. I would like to try this if it works for me and recommend for the whole family. We actually have history cases of hypertension and maybe this could help us out preventing such. Glad to find this! :D
