Hi! I am new to this and wondered if some days you can have lunch as your one meal and another have dinner? My husband who is newly retired enjoyed going out to lunch with me and doesn’t want me to stop.

Hi, I usually eat my one meal at dinner. There have been times where I changed it up because of an event for one day and then I go back to my meal at dinner. I don't stress over changing it up every once in a while but the key is to stay consistent. I see this as a lifestyle and not a diet so there is no need worry about a change every now and then.
