Your family and friends do OMAD?

Do you guys have any friends and family who may be doing omad? I've told some of my family and friends and some of them are giving it a try. Some aren't too sure about it, as I'm sure some people are when trying a new diet.

If not, are you guys going to suggest it to your friends and family?

I have some friends and family who have tried it, but I'm not sure if most of them currently do it. I will have to ask them when I head down for the holidays.

I got a few of my friends to try it recently. Waiting to hear back from em to see if they are liking it. I hope they do, because they are in poor health and need to stick with it.
