Workout with music or tv on?

When you guys workout, do you listen to music? Or do you happen to have the tv on? If so, what kind of music do you listen to? If for tv, what do you watch?

For me I tend to listen to a lot of music. Anything 80s, 90s, etc. Eye of the tiger always gets me amped up. What about you?

I will sometimes watch TV while working out, but it's not as often. If I do, I like to watch the office.
I like to workout with the tv on if it's a workout program or if I'm on a treadmill or some workout machine.

Music if I'm just lifting weights or jogging.
I like doing workout programs, so I will often have my tv on that. Otherwise I am usually listening to music as I don't get a workout vibe from watching TV.
Music for me mostly. I don't like to watch TV much if I'm just on a workout machine or something like that.

Music is what keeps me into it. Gets me motivated.
