Whey Protein good for you?

So I was always under the impression that whey protein can be bad for you. I was wondering if it's safe to take? I want to start getting more into fitness, and I want to take the needed protein. I'm just worried about whey protein.
 
Whey protein is totally fine. As long as you take the right amount and don't go over the suggested amount, you should be fine.

Keep in mind that you should be working out if you're taking whey protein. It helps with muscle growth.
 
As long as you're not taking too much, you should be fine. Whey protein in moderation is the ideal route to take.
