2020 has just started, and we're nearing the end of January. What are your current goals for this new year? For me, it was to start the omad diet and lose around 50-100 pounds or so. It's going to be a challenge for sure, but I'm up for it. What are your goals for 2020?
My goal is to try new food. I've been eating the same stuff so much, that I am in need of trying something new. Of course it will have to be healthy. Other than that, I just want to continue being healthy and having fun with life.
