Week 1 down 5 pounds!

Hi Everyone! Week one on OMAD, down 5 pounds. Getting use to the adjustments,going to add more exercise in now. Keeping to proteins and vegetables for my meal and rely on teas during my fast.
 
Gee, that 5 pounds seems to be too much to lose and I’m sure you are proud of it. The biggest loss that I had was just 3 pounds and that was in my previous diet. But with OMAD I am not really hoping to lose 5 pounds in a week but I will definitely be disappointed if I only lose 2 pounds. Eating just once a day is taxing to the body and it should cooperate with my objective so as not to ruin my confidence.
