Top Superfoods on Omad


Where can I purchase goji berries it looks tasty. For now all I have is sweet potato, avocado and yogurt planning to prepare flax seed oil soon, wish I can do that and maybe I can use it my salad?
 
I'm glad that I like all of the foods on that list! Blueberries and almonds are one of my favorite snacks, and I use flaxseeds added to my greek yogurt with cinnamon for breakfast a lot of the time. In fact, you can even pop the blueberries and almonds in with your greek yogurt for some extra staying power.

Avocados are such a great healthy fat, and baked salmon with some sweet potato is an awesome and filling lunch or dinner!
 
Glad to know that most of the food on the list are the food I'm eating too. Specially the avocado I love it so much I put some milk and mash it and put if to the freezer after some time I can eat it.
 
I like superfoods like wheatgrass,almonds,sweet potatoes and blueberries.i don't joke with them when I come across,I buy them alot because I know both their health benefits and nutritional values.I really like as the help with my digestive system and cleansing too.People should try to get at least 2 of this superfoods for healthy living.
 
I have been watching vlogs of one of the Victoria Secret Model she always add avocado in her meals. And, I read an article about this superfood fruit, that its content fats is a good fats that is needed in our body.

Here in our country we can eat avocado and sweet potato. I am from the Philippines.

That Victoria Secret model eat avocado without sweetening. She just add it with some vegetables and fruit. I tried to purchase avocado last night but sadly it not available in the grocery, maybe because, now is not the season for avocado.

Avocado is the best thing ever invented since sliced bread. I have half an Avocado every day as part of my meal on OMAD. I find that when you have combined your meal with some avacado it gives a feeling of fullness which is very important to me physiologically so that I don't feel like I'm starving. I combine OMAD with low carb. In my one hour eating window I can't eat alot because proteins and fats make you full faster. Avocado helps to ensure I eat enough calories.

I also don't know where to buy goji berries. I can buy sweet potato and avocado in our market. There are plenty of supply of that in our market. Most especially if it is in season of the fruits, you can buy them in cheaper prices.

Its great to know the information you shared about salmon. I also love tuna. There is a province where big tuna can be caught in our country. It is the tuna capital of the Philippines. Its in General Santos City.
 
Out of ten, the only accessible to where I come from are three. I am from a tropical country and I don't think berries thrive here or maybe on some colder parts only. I am not fond of avocados but they are okay. Luckily I consume plenty of sweet potatoes as substitute for eating rice.

Well, that is truly a very informative and useful article for people who are trying to search the most healthy options when it comes to there food consumptions. I guess the only thing that I have not heard about is the Goji berries. Otherwise, most of the products mentioned in the post are easily available in my country. I have been consuming flaxseed powder and yogurt almost every day for many years now and I do think they are very effective for your health. I guess I will make a conscious effort to include most of these products in my daily diet after reading this article.
 
I really like avocado and sweet potatoes and I am so glad that both of them are on the list of superfoods. I'm also glad that I almonds were also in the list. Good thing thats most of the superfoods that are on the list can easily be found in our market.
