The best time to exercise for your schedule

I have a daytime job and I wake up very early because I have to be on the road before 5 am to avoid the heavy traffic on the roads. When my work schedule was 8 to 5, I could do my morning exercise. But now, I have to be content in exercising before dinner time. However, I would already be tired by that time and more often than not, I would miss my daily exercise. There is no way for me to change my work schedule so I am trying to find a way on how to be able to do my regular exercise.

While doing morning exercise seems to be the most popular method being adopted by whole lots of people, I still think that doing in the evening will give you same result as long as you feel good with that.

I think morning is the ideal time to workout. First thing to do in the morning would be exercise. You can wake up early even though you have a busy schedule.

Why not just exercise for 20 minutes at dawn when you wake up. This would be convenient to you. You just have to adjust your alarm clock to wake up 20 minutes earlier than normal.

The best time to exercise is different for every individual, personally, I like to exercise in the morning because it gives me a lot of energy.

The best time for me is early in the morning, it's where your body needs a little bit of stretching to get ready for the activities of the day. Running is my daily morning routine and it works for my schedule.

I eat my meal at around 1-2 pm, then I go home at around 4 and I workout after changing my clothes, so it fits my schedule quite nicely.

I wake up before 4 am and I don't think it is appropriate to exercise at that time. Besides, my consciousness seems to be focused on the morning ritual like bathing, dressing up, fixing my things and checking the car. Even my husband couldn't make me do some exercise although I exercise during weekend morning. I attribute my extra weight to lack of exercise.

I have a busy schedule during the day. And at night I'm already been exhausted that's why I do exercise around 4am every morning before going to school.

If this is the case for you then maybe just considering incorporating some small changes within the day to fit in your physical activity like choosing to use the stairs instead of the elevator when you can or choosing to walk a short distance instead of taking a cab. If not, then when you get home you could just allot 30 minutes to doing any physical activity which you can do even when you're already tired. Otherwise if it's not that possible then you could just stick to making your diet a lot healthier in the meantime until you are more able to get your time and energy in check.

Personally, I do workout early in the morning. I always woke up early to just do my thing. Before going to work, I need to warm up and exercise. That is my way to keep my energy up in the day.

I think it's ideal to work out or exercise early in the morning because it also warms up and conditions the body for the whole day activities. But for those who have night shifts like me can do it couple of minutes after they woke up I guess before they start their day. I know a few people though who can manage to work out after a night shift before going to sleep. The same thing perhaps apply to those who have day shifts. It's either they do it before or after work or school depending on which will be convenient for them.

I workout in the morning because it is a good way of conditioning my body for the whole day. It wakes my mind and gets me ready for the rest of the day. But I think it doesn't matter that much if you workout at night if it is what fits your schedule. The whole point is to exercise, just stick to your regime and your good to go.

I think you can exercise at any time that your schedule allows you to. As long as your goal is to keep fit you will be able to achieve it.

However to have your days more productive I would reccomend having a morning routine however short it can be. You do not need to do all the stuff that you will repeat before dinner but just enough to kickstart your day.

The Best Time to Exercise For My Schedule is 5:00 AM and i Will Start Tie My Shoes And Wear a Pants To Do Jogging and Running In the Field And i Will Jogging For 30 Minutes And i Will Take a Break and Start Doing Some Squat For 5 Minutes And i Will Start Playing Some Basketball To The Hood And After That 6:20 I Will Buy Some Broccoli And I Will Steam and Eat.

The best time for me is what I called the dead hours. It is usually 2 pm to 4 pm. It is the time of the day where you can do nothing at all.

Mornings are the best time for me to work out. I don't have enough time to wake up early enough to make it to the gym, but I'm able to run around 2 miles every weekday morning pretty consistently. It's really nice going out at 6am or so while everyone else is still asleep or getting ready and getting my workout in. I'd like to eventually start making it to the gym, but for now running in the mornings is keeping me going!

It's really a morning exercise routine for me if I am able to do it. But we hurry during the early hours of dawn for work and its close to impossible to exercise. Late afternoons after work will come in as the second best alternative. But integrating our exercises in our daily routine is a good option too, like taking a longer walk, taking the flight of stairs, deep breathing when in a sitting position, and simply stretching from time to time after working in front of a pc. Small things add up to bigger things in this way.

I would usually take the stairs instead of the elevators or take the longer route instead of the shorter one during breaks. I will use the ground floor restrooms instead of the one we have on our floor, 4th floor. We really have to fit in physical activities especially for those like me who work in front of the computer all day long. It's also good for my back to avoid strain from long hours of sitting.

Then maybe you can exercise on weekends? I guess the best solution would be OMAD diet everyday then exercise every weekend or on your day off. For us to lose weight, proper diet plus exercise is a must. Focus on you diet on weekdays then exercise during your free time. Just increase the intensity of your exercise.
