I have a daytime job and I wake up very early because I have to be on the road before 5 am to avoid the heavy traffic on the roads. When my work schedule was 8 to 5, I could do my morning exercise. But now, I have to be content in exercising before dinner time. However, I would already be tired by that time and more often than not, I would miss my daily exercise. There is no way for me to change my work schedule so I am trying to find a way on how to be able to do my regular exercise.
