SUGAR

New here.......I am presently on OMAD and have lost approx. 45 pounds to date, but not without some ups and downs. I was in Ketosis until I gave into my craving for rice and beans. I am out now trying to get back into my groove. I bought some meat for my LCHF regiment and noticed when I got home that a package of 100 gram had 1 gram of sugar per serving. My question is will 1 gram of sugar kick me out of or prevent me from going into ketosis again? :oops:
