I started OMAD a little over 2 weeks ago. Rough in the beginning, but I made it through the last two weeks. I am not weighing, but going by clothing size. I might change that later, but I have 80-90 lbs to lose and I don't think that seeing the scale shift will really help me, might hinder me. All my clothes seem to fit better this week, cravings for sugar have almost completely died. Not really interested in eating much before dinner. I eat at dinner with the family for my OMAD, this way they are not stressing about my not eating. Hardest part is not being able to talk to people. Everyone thinks I am "starving" myself and that this is unhealthy. Here to learn tips and advice. This is the first forum I have found that supports this type of diet.
