Four steps forward, six steps back is how I feel right now. But this lifestyle is what I want and will not stop until I get it right. I have experienced the results before and loved it so much. I want it to be a lifestyle. My problem is consistency but as I said before I am not giving up.
It would be nice to have an accountability partner and should anyone be interested, please message me.
I am a morning person and even though I am slowly letting go of coffee, I am at my best in the mornings, the most energy I have is in the mornings and I feel most at the top of my game in the mornings, so as a result, I choose to have my meals in the morning so that even though my energy slowed a little it is not by much and therefore in the evenings I have a lot of energy as I will not be having any meals to slow me down and therefore when I get home at night I try to do some floor exercises, yoga, mediation and a glass of water with apple cider vinegar.
I am currently experiencing some serious inflammation, mainly to my left leg and sometimes my back, especially if I consume too much sugar which is currently my weakness but I am happy with my progress so far versus last year. Baby steps are where I am right now and I know in no time I will do much more and add some more workout routine as well as add better nutrition to my diet.
