Hi, just starting this. I know it's fairly simple, but just wanted to clarify some things:

* Can we have vitamins, fibre supplements, wheatgrass etc. in the morning? I'm not sure if they have calories or not.

* One OMAD website says one meal, one plate. Like, if you want dessert, fine, just on one plate. How can you put main meal and dessert on the same plate?

One thing i want to mention here. All fat soluble vitamins needs fat for their absorption. Hence you better to take with fat containing meal.
