Omad safe for the elderly?

I have been doing OMAD for a while now, and I love it. I've been telling everyone else I know to try it as well.

It got me thinking though, what about someone like my aunt, who is in her 80s. Would she be able to do omad? She's in good health at the moment, but has been complaining about some weight she put on that she wants to get rid of. Anyway, should I suggest omad to her?

It really depends. If she is in good health, she should be fine giving it a try. I always think it's a good option to ask your doctor as well before starting any diet, especially at that age.

If she is in good health at 80, then I don't see an issue with her doing OMAD. Just remember she should get enough to eat through the day. If she can handle not eating more than once a day, I think she'll be fine.
