OMAD journey to crush diabetes etc.

Hi folks!

Seemed this was a great place to keep a log, find support and maybe even help inspire.

This is actually the end of day two. Will come back to edit this first post, tomorrow, with some starting statistics.

Day 2

Morning Coffee w/Oat Milk & Sugar.

Sipping on home-made electrolyte drink, during day.

Evening meal (5pm):

Brown Rice, Potatoes, Tofu, Chickpeas, TVP, Corn, Peas, Peppers & Onion.
Half a Bread Roll w/ Vegan Cheese slice, Veg-Mayo, Cucumber, Red Pepper & Onion
Chocolate Wafer Bar (Vegan).

Currently on day 6. Just finished eating my meal.

All plans of taking photos, documenting etc. evidently hasn't gone to plan ;) In the end, I'm quite enjoying the simplicity of not having to do too much regarding food. And that includes journaling.

All seems to be going well during the day. However, I don't like how uncomfortably full I get after the evening meal. When I've done OMAD on other occasions, I've had my meal at 11am. This better splits up my awake fasting time, and means I'm not overly-hungry by the time I eat. It also means I can get to bed early.

Will see about transitioning to the morning.
