Do you feel that the OMAD diet could be your life time diet? As in, will you be doing it forever? Or is it something you're doing temporarily to just lose some weight?
I know some people who've done these types of diets and only did it to lose some weight. For me I want to make it part of my lifestyle for the rest of my life.
What do you think? Is it only a diet you use to lose some weight? Or do you expect to be on OMAD for life?
