Omad food question

I try to stay healthy in my one meal a day. I know I can eat whatever I want, but I have a history of heart problems and try to make my meals as healthy as possible. I try to limit the amount of fast food I eat and do not eat anything fried. I have a family history of heart disease as well so I try to avoid bad foods if I can.

One thing that encouraged me to go OMAD is the lack of restriction on the food that we can eat. There is no limit to the amount of food and you can eat anything that you want although from the discussion of Keto diet, I have learned that meat is one important element in OMAD because that is what will keep your stomach quiet during the fasting period.
