OMAD after having bariatric sleeve surgery?

Anyone else here attempting OMAD having had bariatric sleeve surgery? It's tough to get my food for the day in one meal since my stomach is smaller. How does anyone else do it? I've been eating in a 2-3 hour window. Just curious about others experiences.

I havent had bariatric sleeve surgery, nor am I a doctor, so with that being said, as long as you're overweight what does eatting enough calories matter?

If you keep insulin levels low via fasting, your body will use fat as fuel. I'm 6'3" 245lbs and on average I eat 1000-1200 cals a day. Which is nowhere near my tdee. But I dont starve because I'm using stored food energy (fat) as fuel throughout the day.

Hey there - did you end up trying omad? If so, with what results? I've also had a vertical sleeve surgery and am curious if this lifestyle is really doable for us. Assuming we want to eat healthy I can't imagine we could take in more than 600-800 cal a day in one meal. Thoughts?
