I know this has probably been discussed before but I did a search and couldn't find anything. I am a total newbie. Been doing OMAD for 6 days with no cheating. I get a bit dizzy close to my re-feeding time, so I have used Jimmy's suggestion in one of his blogs of drinking water with a pinch of Himalayan salt. That seems to help the lightheadedness- but it has been 6 days and I have lost a total of 0.2 lbs
I am so frustrated. I thought the scale would move faster than this. Would the salt have anything to do with maybe water retention? I am not counting calories- i am eating the 1 meal a day during the allotted 1 hour time frame and then fasting the rest of the time.
