No more scale for me

I decided to quit using a scale to determine my weight and health for good! I started fasting 2.5 weeks ago, i eat once a day at 12 noon. i also skip rope and do step ups! My back fat and love handles are almost gone completely, my waist went from 31.75 to 29.5, and my hips from 43 to 41! even my mother told me the other day that, I should start eating normaly coz i've lost so much weight and even the bridemaid dress i wore 3 weeks ago is loose! BUT HERE COMES THE SCALE TELLING ME THAT I WEIGHT 3.5KG MORE THAN I DID 2.5 WEEKS AGO! This made me think to myself, if only i didn't experience the changes in my body, this weight increase would have discouraged me big time and made me fall back into my poor eating habits!
So next time before you let a scale fustrate you, just remember the lie all the time! just take photos, use tape or clothes to measure your progres on weight loss journey!
