No meat diet for OMAD

I have read in one discussion about going vegan while on OMAD. My suggestion is to have no meat which means fish is okay. However, I am afraid that my body will have difficulty in adjusting because we are meat eaters at home although we have fish on the dinner table for at least once a week. Meat is where we get the proteins so if the diet has no meat then it should be complemented by nuts for the supply of protein. Perhaps I can endure not having meat on my diet but for sure the fish will take center stage because I have to admit that it’s not pleasant to have a diet of fruit and vegetables only.

It depends on the goals that you are working towards achieving as meat can always be that protein that ensures that we add some muscles. So, ensuring we take little of it is a better way to go about it.
