My Progress after having OMAD Diet in one month

Before I'm ashamed in going to public places because I have a fat and stout figure.I realize that it's time for a change.I exercise regularly but it feels hard to be slim, because I always takes a heavy meal due to the hunger I felt after each exercise.I look for ways to make me slim and achieve a perfect figure until my friend suggest me to start an OMAD Diet.At first it's really hard to eat one meal only and prevent my craving for food but I encourage myself that it's for my own sake and beauty needs hard work. I practice this diet for almost one month and I never regret because after my diet I achieve my ideal body,so to those people who wants to be fit too I highly suggest you to start an OMAD Diet.
