Muscle building/training

Hello Everyone. Hope you are all well. I am a year into OMAD and going strong, have hit a plateau with my training. I’ve lost the body fat, but I am not seeing the results I’d like to... I am working super hard in the gym, but not quite there yet. I had a trainer suggest that I was potentially not eating enough to build/cut as much as I’d like to.

The problem (if it’s a problem) is that I eat a meal with my wife in the evening (she is not OMAD’ing) and I don’t feel hungry, so I don’t eat anymore...

Any suggestions would be welcomed.
