I am back on OMAD as I need to shift the pounds!
I don’t eat all day then have my dinner at night. I do have two coffees with milk and sweetner in the morning though - do you think this is ok? I’m still under 1500 calories a day and working out 5-6 times a week so I’m a deficit.
