Thank you so much for the Tip. But I have a confession to make. I have a serious sugar weakness. I cannot drink my coffee without sweetened milk and now I am fighting to let it go as well as my other sweet treats I have now and then with my meal. At nights I have a glass of water with apple cider vinegar, which really suppresses my appetite so I don't eat at nights.
You are not alone in those weaknesses. I'm not in love with the idea of artificial sweeteners, however, they may help wing you off. I would better recommend try different flavored black coffee's such as hazelnut or French Vanilla. These are great if you are just getting acclimated to black coffee.
