How often should you workout while on omad?

With omad I was wondering, should I be working out a lot or should I keep it minimal?

I'm thinking about just walking everyday instead of a workout. Would that be a good idea? Or would it be best to do an actual workout daily? How many days of the week should one workout? Can I do a 30 min workout instead?
 
It depends on what works for you. I do a workout a day, getting around 30-60 minutes depending on my mood. Some like to have just 3 workout days, some like working out 5 days of the week.

Working out doesn't need to be a workout either. You could play a game of basketball with friends, go for a quick jog, go for a walk, etc.
