hey everyone! Just curious how much weight you have lost in a 7 week time span following strict OMAD?

You should see results in the first week. How long does it take before I will start seeing results while doing Omad?
I followed the OMAD style of eating for two years. The worst two years of my life. I thought eating One Meal A Day was the best way of eating, ever. Something I could do the rest of my life. No foods were off limits at dinner time, that was my favorite part. I lost a ton of weight. Because I thought, like a lot of women, that taking up less space in the world is a good thing. That's what diet culture wants us to believe, isn't it?hey everyone! Just curious how much weight you have lost in a 7 week time span following strict OMAD?
My experience with weight loss on OMAD has been a healthy rate of around 1 pound per week. I have followed OMAD for 1 year and have lost 50 pounds. This was the result of being strictly OMAD 6 to 7-ish days a week, with some wiggle room on weekends and around special events and holidays. Plus I did an average of 45 minutes of workouts per day (bodyweight training, pilates, mat workouts...anything without equipment).
As far as weight loss over 7 weeks, on OMAD, my weight fluctuates wildly. I can easily go up or down as much as 7 pounds over a few days. So over 7 weeks, you may lose anywhere from 7 to 14 pounds, more or less. I highly recommend weighing yourself daily and watching for downward trends over weeks and months.
In terms of results -- the kind of results that don't show up on the scale -- feeling better, not getting sick, being able to do pushups and pull ups, wearing smaller clothes. Every 2-3 weeks something would improve in all of the above areas. I feel healthier living OMAD than anything I've tried in the past: Paleo, Whole30, vegetarian, to name a few.
OMAD is awesome! I tried the Warrior Diet before, which is very similar to OMAD, and it was too complicated. OMAD worked for me in it's simplicity and freedom. I plan to eat this way the rest of my life. Hope that helps!
Thanks, I was wondering about long term (1 year) results! Great job on the weight loss, and sticking to it!My experience with weight loss on OMAD has been a healthy rate of around 1 pound per week. Yea,glad to know you have been able to tackle bloating.one have to stop taking soda and beer to see a positive result. This gaseous drinks aid in bloating one and keeping one away from achieving the desired result in weight loss.I only drink water alone and I take a cup first thing in the morning and it has been very helpful. You got that right, the best part of this diet is within a week, you'll be feeling light and unbloated. Being and feeling bloated is one of my problems before, whenever I eat, even just a snack, I would feel and look bloated more so whenever I drink some beer, soda or even water. But with this diet my bloatedness disappeared in a week's time.
