I have no problem with my digestive system. But my husband had gastritis and later on it developed into acid reflux because of missing his meals. I am afraid that if I practice the one meal a day diet, I might have problems with my digestive system. Anyway, my question is actually the period of adjustment to the omad diet. How long will it take for my body to get adjusted? Can you give me some pointers to strengthen my resolve? By the way, I am not obese but I admit that I am overweight by 30 or 40 pounds.
