I've lost 3.5kilos (8 pounds) on an omad+keto diet that I started on Sunday evening one week ago. I've really pleased with that! I wondered how unusual or not that is?
I included one cheat day yesterday, when I just felt like I needed to eat more often, and I had a bit of a dairy product in the morning, a large keto lunch and light keto dinner. But I was surprised that my weight this morning went to its lowest on a morning yet! I've heard it can actually help to change things from time to time?
I'm back on omad as of today and am excited to see how this next week goes. I'm 5ft5/167cm and have gone from 81.7kilos to 78.2, so about 29.2bmi to 28.
