How fast do you usually lose weight? Is 3.5kg/8lb in a week a lot?

Hi there :) I've lost 3.5kilos (8 pounds) on an omad+keto diet that I started on Sunday evening one week ago. I've really pleased with that! I wondered how unusual or not that is?
I included one cheat day yesterday, when I just felt like I needed to eat more often, and I had a bit of a dairy product in the morning, a large keto lunch and light keto dinner. But I was surprised that my weight this morning went to its lowest on a morning yet! I've heard it can actually help to change things from time to time?
I'm back on omad as of today and am excited to see how this next week goes. I'm 5ft5/167cm and have gone from 81.7kilos to 78.2, so about 29.2bmi to 28.
 
That’s excellent progress. The first pounds sometimes do come off quickly, but don’t be too disappointed if you don’t maintain that pace, but do celebrate doing so well.

Hi, I started mid November and loss 13 lbs. the first month. I am in the second month and no losses so far but I am losing inches all around. So the body is still making changes. Not focusing on the pounds lost now. Just focusing on the body getting healthier. Changes are still happening but not by the scale. I like this way of eating because it is helping me to stay more focused and learn about my body. I don't feel hungry now. I take electrolyte drop in my water to help curb hunger and keep my brain sharp. I know my goal in 2021 is to get rid of the pounds but also to train my way of eating. I hope this helps.
