High-Protein drinks on OMAD?

High-protein drinks are good for weight loss. But is this advisable on an OMAD diet?

Drinks that have lots of protein curbs hunger, decrease appetite and promote fullness. Protein decreases levels of hormones that drives appetite and increases hormones that prevent hunger. That's why there are lots of advertisements regarding yogurt and milk claiming to reduce weight. This is because this products are laden with protein.
 
I read that Milk is not allowed in OMAD because it has Lactose Sugar and Carbohydrates which doesn't really help in OMAD. Fruit Juices are also prohibited because of its high fructose content.
